Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Electronic commerce and the electronic interchange of data are two of today's most important technologies. Almost every warehouse uses EDI or XML technology for the electronic passage of inventory, order, shipping, and transportation information. In the future, there will be fewer and fewer manufacturers that will consider using the services of warehousing and distribution facilities that are not equipped with EDI or XML.

WebStar accommodates standards such as UCC, EMBARC, X.12, and provide the capabilities and services for supporting non-standard transaction sets. Some customers will use a value added network (VAN) and some will communicate directly with your warehouse.
